Yes. With no other EMIs, a take-home salary of ₹70,000 supports an EMI of about ₹35,000 to ₹42,000, which at 7.40% is a loan of roughly ₹44–53 lakh over 20 years or ₹51–61 lakh over 30 years. LIC HFL lends up to 80% of the property value on loans of ₹30–75 lakh, so a ₹60 lakh loan needs a property worth at least ₹75 lakh, plus about 7.5% for stamp duty and registration. Existing EMIs reduce these figures; check your exact eligibility.
