Our founder, V. Rama Rao, started the business. His association with LIC Housing Finance goes back more than 25 years. In 2002 Teja Management Group became an authorised Direct Selling Agent (DSA) of LIC HFL. For several years the business ran under the name of Elite Associates, V. Rama Rao’s firm, which is the name you’ll see on many of the LIC HFL awards below.

Today Vijay Arjun V and Florida Salam run Teja Management Group and Elite Financial Services, working alongside Elite Associates from our office near JNTU metro in Hydernagar, Kukatpally.

We work with one lender and know it in depth: LIC HFL’s schemes, its credit policy, and the builder projects it has already approved. That focus is why people come to us for files a general loan agent finds hard: loans in approved (APF) projects, plot and construction loans, self-employed and NRI applicants, pensioners, and balance transfers.
