Which LIC HFL office is nearest to me?
Two names can mislead you. The Kukatpally area office is actually near Miyapur Metro station (opposite pillar 604), and the Shamshabad area office is in Attapur, on the Mehdipatnam ring road. The Chanda Nagar office is in Deepthi Sri Nagar, Hafeezpet.

Do I need to visit an LIC HFL office to apply for a home loan?
Not necessarily. You can apply at an area office, online on lichousing.com, or through an authorised Direct Selling Agent (DSA). A DSA checks your eligibility, lists the exact documents, submits the file to the LIC HFL office and follows it until disbursement. You still sign the loan documents and attend the property registration in person.
I already have an LIC HFL loan. Whom do I contact?

We are a DSA, not LIC HFL’s customer care, so we cannot see or change existing loan accounts.
What should I carry when I go to apply?
- KYC: PAN, Aadhaar, address proof and photographs for every applicant
- Income proof: salary slips and Form 16 (salaried) or ITRs and financials (self-employed), plus bank statements
- Property papers: sale agreement or allotment letter, title documents and approvals

Why apply through an authorised DSA instead of going to the office yourself?
LIC HFL works with authorised Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), its approved business partners, to bring in and prepare home loan applications. An authorised DSA works much like a home loan sales manager at a bank: your single point of contact with LIC HFL, but on your side of the table. A DSA does the groundwork before your file reaches the area office, so LIC HFL receives a complete, correct application and you avoid repeat visits. The interest rate is the same either way: LIC HFL decides it on your CIBIL score, loan amount and product.
