Are you LIC Housing Finance?
No. Hyderabad Home Loans is run by Elite Financial Services, an authorised DSA of LIC Housing Finance Ltd. We prepare and follow up your application; LIC HFL alone sanctions the loan.
Do you charge a fee for your service?
No. You get LIC HFL’s rate and terms, the same as at the branch. Processing and other charges are paid to LIC HFL against a receipt, as per your sanction letter. Never pay cash to any individual for an LIC HFL loan.
I already have an LIC HFL loan. Whom do I contact?
For statements, interest certificates and EMI payments, use LIC HFL’s customer portal or your servicing office; see how to check your LIC HFL loan status. For a top-up, extension or balance transfer, call us.
Do you work only in Kukatpally?
