Hyderabad Home Loans (hyderabadhomeloans.com) is run by Elite Associates, an authorised Direct Selling Agent (DSA) of LIC Housing Finance Ltd (LIC HFL), from our office in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025. For the data you give us, we are the “Data Fiduciary”.
In short
- We use your details only to help with your loan enquiry. We send offers and updates only if you tick the separate, optional box.
- We share your details with LIC HFL only when you decide to apply for a loan.
- We never sell your data.
- If you don’t take a loan through us, we delete your details 12 months after your last contact.
- You can see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time — Your data rights.
1. What we collect and why

Please don’t type Aadhaar, PAN or bank account numbers into the forms on this website — we’ll ask for documents only when you decide to apply.
2. Who we share it with
- LIC Housing Finance Ltd — only when you decide to apply, so it can assess and process your loan. From then on LIC HFL also handles your data under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers who work for us (“Data Processors”), only for the purposes above:
- Hostinger — website hosting and email
- Google — Gmail, where we receive enquiry alerts, and Google Sheets, where we keep our enquiry list; Google Analytics and Google Ads only if you allow those cookies
- Meta — WhatsApp, when you message us; Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads measurement only if you allow advertising cookies — if you have allowed them when you send an enquiry, a scrambled (hashed) version of your mobile number and email is sent so Meta can count it as an enquiry from its ads
- Government or law enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with builders, other lenders or marketing companies.
3. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become a loan: deleted automatically 12 months after your last contact with us. We clear the same details from our phones, WhatsApp chats and email on the same schedule.
- If you take a loan through us: kept for as long as your loan application needs and as the law requires, then deleted.
- Offers and updates: until you ask us to stop, or your enquiry is deleted — whichever comes first.
- Consent and security records: about one year, as the DPDP Rules require.
- If you ask us to delete your data, we do it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, for a loan in progress) — in that case we’ll tell you why.
4. Your rights
- Access — get a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correction — correct, complete or update your data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw consent — as easily as you gave it. We’ll stop contacting you and delete your data. (Withdrawing doesn’t affect what was done before.)
- Stop offers only — reply STOP to any offer message, or use the form. Your enquiry stays open.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or can’t act yourself.
- Grievance — complain to us if something isn’t right.

To protect you, we confirm it’s really you — usually by calling or WhatsApp-ing that number — before we share or delete anything. We reply within 30 days.

If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Please contact us first — we’ll try to put things right.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential (always on):
hhl_consentremembers your cookie choice (6 months). Your browser also stores which page or ad brought you here (hhl_attr, 90 days) and your calculator inputs — these stay on your device unless you send us an enquiry. - Analytics (only if you allow): Google Analytics cookies (
_ga…) to count visits and see which pages help people. - Advertising (only if you allow): Google Ads (
_gcl…) and Meta Pixel (_fbp,_fbc) to measure our ads and show them to people likely to need a home loan.
Until you choose, only essential cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time:
7. Children
Our services are for adults (18 or older). We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we’ll delete them.
8. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, enquiries are stored in a private area that only authorised people can open, and access is protected by passwords. If a personal data breach ever affects you, we’ll inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
9. Language
You can ask for this notice in Telugu, Hindi or any other language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India — email or WhatsApp us.
10. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we’ll ask for your consent again where the law requires.
