Which LIC HFL statement do you need?

How to download your LIC HFL loan statement online
- Open the customer portal. Go to lichousing.com and choose Customer Portal, or type customer.lichousing.com yourself.
- Log in. Choose “Login with Loan No” and enter your loan or application number, your date of birth (as recorded on the loan) and the security code shown. If you have registered a username, use “Login With Username” instead.
- Open the statements section. Pick the repay certificate, ledger or schedule and, for a certificate, the financial year you need.
- Download and check it. Save the PDF and check the loan number, the year, and the interest and principal totals before sending it to your employer or CA.

Using the LIC HFL app
LIC HFL’s mobile app, HomY (listed as LICHFL Home Loans on the App Store and Google Play), shows these options on lichousing.com: Loan Disbursement, Repayment Schedule, Repay Certificate and Repayment Ledger. It is the quickest way to get the certificate on your phone.
Can’t log in or the statement looks wrong?
- Check that the date of birth matches LIC HFL’s records for the loan; for a joint loan, try the applicant whose details were used.
- Contact LIC HFL: toll-free 1800 209 1989, WhatsApp 83699 98182, or customersupport@lichousing.com. You can also ask at your LIC HFL area office in Hyderabad.
- Never share your login, OTP or date-of-birth details with anyone who calls you about your loan.
Getting property document copies
For a balance transfer or a sale you may also need the list of property documents LIC HFL holds. Under LIC HFL’s fee schedule (updated January 2026), a list of documents costs ₹500 + GST and photocopies of the title documents ₹1,000 + GST, on request. See LIC HFL processing fee and charges.
Using your statement for a tax claim
